FAQ: How to remove the colouring in the AML Program and Customer Due Diligence?

Question

• I just published our compliance program, thinking that the AML program/policy section would remove all of the yellow highlighted sections. How do I remove the colouring on my program?
• Does the platform automatically remove the yellow highlights/coloring from the AML Program/Policy page and the Customer Due Diligence page?
• Why is there yellow highlighted text in my AML Program / CDD Standards PDF Document?
• What are the highlighted parts in my program's Part A and Part B sections?

Answer

The portions highlighted in yellow indicate areas where user input is needed. These highlighted sections are formatted as simple text, similar to the rest of the page's content.

The platform does not automatically remove the highlight colour.

For each highlighted area of text, it is recommended to:

• Add or remove the requested information
• Remove the square brackets
• Remove the yellow highlight with the background colour tool

Important: To retain auditability, "Published" programs cannot be edited, if you have published a program and need to remove a highlighted section you will need to create a new version by rolling forward the published one and then applying the changes before publishing again.
