FAQ: The Product CSV Export doesn't include unrated controls

Question

When doing a CSV export from a product/service risk page in the ML/TF Risk Assessment, the resulting CSV file does not contain controls that have not been rated yet. Is this by design?

Answer

This is a limitation of the platform.

To include a control in the CSV export, select an effectiveness rating for it.
