FAQ: Why isn't the Owner field visible in the Assessment Unit Details window?

Question

• Can a user be limited to only specific assessments or assessment units?
• I want to set a restricted user as the Owner of an Assessment Unit, however, the Owner field is not visible in the Assessment Unit Details window.
• How to assign a restricted user to an assessment or assessment unit?

Answer

To see the Owner field you must have:

• The default Approver role; or
• A company role with the Assign Owners permission selected (under the Assessment Unit group).

The Owner field will then appear in the Assessment Unit Details window.
