• What is the schedule for the Action Reminder emails that are sent twice weekly?
• When can I expect to receive the bi-weekly Action Reminder emails?

Answer

When an action is assigned to you, the platform sends you a reminder email on the 1st and 15th of each month until that action is resolved.

The time the email is sent depends on your company's data region.

• North Europe (Ireland) data region: 5:00 pm UTC
  (6pm CET / 7pm SAST / 9pm Middle East / 10.30pm IND)
• US West (California) data region: 11:00 pm UTC
  (4pm PDT / 7pm EST / 8pm ART, CLST, BRT)
• Australia East (Sydney) data region: 10:00 am UTC
  (8pm AEST / 9pm AEDT / 10pm NZST / 11pm NZDT / 6pm SGT, AWST, HKT)
