Answer
Supporting documentation can be uploaded by users who have logins to the platform. Supporting documents can also be uploaded by those who do not have a login (external users) if they are invited by a user.
Instructions for users with a login to Health Check:
- Log into Health Check using your email address and password
- Select the Supporting Documents chevron
- Select the “Yes” option to reveal the Attach (paperclip icon) button.
- Press the Attach button (paperclip) and select the file to upload.
Instructions for users inviting external users to provide documentation:
- Log into Health Check using your email address and password
- Select the Supporting Documents chevron
- Select the “Yes” option for each document type that requires documentation
- Press the Share button (person icon)
- Enter the external user's email address
- Type a comment if you wish
- Press the Send button
The external user receives an email with a hyperlink to the Supporting Documents page.
Each document type defined as "In Scope" = "Yes" will have an Attach button (paperclip), allowing the external user to upload files.
