FAQ: Is it possible to export or import controls?

Question

• Is it possible to export or import our controls from/to a spreadsheet? If so, how?
• Can I add my own controls in bulk?
• How do I export my controls into a document?
• Can I upload my company controls in into AML Accelerate easily?
• Can I download my company controls?

Answer

Company controls can be exported to, or imported from, a CSV file.

Access the Controls Management Page:

1. Click on the Settings menu (cog icon) at the top right of the AML Accelerate window.
2. Select Controls Management from the dropdown menu.
   • Click on the Company Controls tab.
     

To export controls:

1. Use the Export function to download a .CSV of the existing controls
   

To import controls from CSV:

1. Use the Export function to download a .CSV of the existing controls
   
2. Add your new controls to the CSV file under the Controls and Description columns
   Note: Do not add, remove, rename, or reorder the columns in the downloaded CSV file
   
3. Save your changes
4. Use the Import function to import the updated CSV file
