FAQ: My product or service is not listed. Can I add my own product name and description?

Question

Our organisation's products and services are not listed in the Select Product popup window in the risk assessment portion of the AML Program/policy.

Is it possible to add our own product names and descriptions?

Answer

The products and services listed in the Select Product popup window are based on the Industry you selected when creating your new AML Program/Policy.

If you do not see a particular product or service, it may be under a related Industry. To see all products and services across all industries, see Product / Service Listing by Industry.

Helpful Tip: You can access all products and services for your Industry Group by selecting the "All..." industry when creating your AML Program/Policy. For example, in the Financial Services industry group, is the industry "All Financial Services" that has all products and services available to the other Financial Services industries.

In the event a product or service does not exist under any industry, it is not possible to add your own to AML Accelerate. In this instance please log a ticket using the Support button in the bottom left of the AML Accelerate application window.
