FAQ: Why is the Add Controls button greyed out for the risk factor?

Question

While working on assessing a risk factor, the Add Controls button is disabled / greyed out and I cannot add controls.

Answer

Controls cannot be added to risk factors when their inherent risk is rated as "Not Assessed" or "Not Applicable".
