Question

I receive a DNS error when trying to reach login page for the Risk Assessment Platform (RAP). What is it and how can I fix it?

Answer

DNS errors can occur due to any number of network configuration issues, ranging from firewalls to VPN settings.

If the URL you use to access the Risk Assessment Platform is anything other than "https://app.risk-platform.com" (for example, "mycompany.risk-platform.com") it could mean your Company Administrator has configured a company-specific domain URL but has not yet configured the network to recognise that domain.
