Crime Level Guidance (South Africa)

South Africa Police Force releases the crime data at a national level, it also releases crime data by “top 30 station” where they list the most dangerous areas. In order to understand the location of your business and assess your location crime risk, please follow the following steps:

• Go to South African Police Service website HERE and download the latest annual crime statistics report.
• Use the drop-down to select different types of offence/crime to view the top 30 stations.
• In AMLA, we assess the risk level of four types of predicate offences: Deceptive Crime, Illicit Trafficking, Personal Crimes and Property Crimes. You can use the relevant SA crime data to assess your risk level:
