About Account Management
The Account Management feature allows Super Admin users to create new accounts and manage payments/licences, and for Company Admin users to keep track of payment information/invoices.
The two main components of Account Management are:
- Companies*
- Payments
* Only visible to SuperAdmin.
Companies
The Companies tab contains the account details of all companies set up in the Risk Assessment Platform. This is only visible for Super Admin users.
The main fields on this screen include:
- Search / Clear Search - to apply a filter based on a keyword search
- New Company button - create/register a new company account
- Company - the name of the company with an account
- Signup Date - date of registration
- Status - the status of the account - registered, paid or expired
- Expiry Date - the date that the account expires
- License Type - the license edition associated with the account
- Content Modules - the content modules associated with the account
- Total - number of users and assessments associated with the account
- Actions:
- Dollar Sign – Complete a Payment for a registered company
- Circular arrows – Renew licence (activated within 30 days of expiry)
- Upload Sign – Upgrade licence (activated outside 30 days from expiry)
- Plus Sign – Add Assessments, Users, Content modules
- Tick/Cross – Deactivate/Reactivate Company licence
*Note: The Registered status indicates that the company has been registered but the payment is not complete. The Expired status indicates that the end date of the licence has been reached and no upgrade/renewal has occurred.
Create/Register New Company Account
This feature is only available to Super Admin users.
Select the Data Region to store company data. See the FAQ to learn more about data regions.
Use the Copy Application Branding From field to copy branding from another company.
After all account details are complete, choose whether to Start Free Trial of the product or to directly Purchase License.
Payments
The Payments tab contains historical details of payments made in the Risk Assessment Platform.
This tab is available to Super Admin and Company Admin users, however, the functions and information displayed differ depending on the user role.
Super Admin view
When viewed as a Super Admin, the Payments tab contains historical details of all payments made for companies in the Risk Assessment Platform.
The main fields on this screen include:
- Search / Clear Search - to apply a filter based on a keyword search
- Expand/Collapse (+ icon) - to upload the invoice
- Company - name of the company has made the payment
- Invoice ID - ID number of the invoice (system generated)
- Payment Type - the type of payment (currently - offline only)
- Reference Number - reference entered against the payment
- Email - email entered against the payment
- Invoice Amount - the amount of the invoice
- Status - status of the payment
- Date - the date the payment was made
Company Admin view
For Company Admin, the Payments tab shows payments for the current logged in Company only and a summary of the usage statistics for the current license period.
Usage statistics:
- Total Assessments- total number assessments available in the current licence period including any additional purchased assessments carried over from the previous licence period.
- Used Assessments- assessments used in the current licence period including assessments included with the current licence and any additional assessments purchased/carried over
- Available Assessments- total Assessments less Used Assessments
- Total Users- total number of users available in the current licence period including users included with the current licence and any additional users purchased
- Active Users- total number of active users and invited users
- Available Users- total users less Active Users
- Expiry Date- the expiry date of the current licence
- Start Date- start date of the current licence
Payments table:

Upgrade or Renew License
To upgrade or renew the current license or to add new users and assessments use the Support button on the bottom left corner of the page to make a request through the Arctic Intelligence sales/support team.
