The purpose of this feature is to allow administrators to configure the application with their organisation's branding, colour scheme, logos, and define custom URLs for the Help Menu and application login page.
To use the default Arctic Intelligence Risk Assessment branding and settings, leave this page uncustomised, or copy from the Global option.

To view and edit the Branding Management page, your user role must have the Customise Application Branding permission. The Super Admin role has this permission by default. For all other users, the permission must be added to a custom application role. Learn more about Application Role Management.
Users with the appropriate permissions can access the Branding Management window by selecting the Settings button () at the top right of the application window and selecting Branding Management from the menu.
The Branding Management window consists of 2 tabs:
- The Global tab is for use by the Super Admin
- The Company tab is for use by Users with branding permissions to apply branding to their company instance of the application.
Configuring Company Branding
Select the Company tab to view and configure branding for your company.
Press the Customise button to start adding or editing branding options.
Use the dropdown labelled Copy from to copy Global branding and URLs. This can be used as a starting point or basis for your company branding.
Configure each branding option as described below.
Press the Save button to save your settings once all required fields are completed.
Removing Company Branding
To remove all company branding and URLs from your instance of the Risk Assessment Platform, press the Delete () button on the right-hand side of the application window.
The default Risk Assessment branding and URLs are used when nothing is defined for the company.
To display default branding on the login page, type "app" in the URL Prefix. After the user logs in, company branding is displayed.
To display company branding on the login page, type a company-specific URL Prefix. Enter a short word to represent your instance of the Risk Assessment Platform, this word will be the prefix in the login URL.
Example: type "mycompany" to use the login URL: https://mycompany.risk-platform.com
Note: this is a required field and cannot be blank.
The company logo is displayed in the top left corner of every page in the application, including the login page if a URL Prefix is defined. The Arctic Intelligence logo is used by default if you copied from Global.
The logo must be:
- Max height: 52px
- Max width: 300px
Note: this is a required field, you must upload a logo for the application.
Favicon image is displayed in the shortcut bar and bookmarks of browsers. The Arctic Intelligence favicon is used by default if you copied from Global.
The icon and file must be:
- File type: .ico or .png
- Max height: 16px
- Max width: 16px
Note: this is a required field, you must upload a file for the favicon.
Select the colour bar for Primary, Secondary, or Hyperlink, to bring up the colour picker. Define a colour using the colour/gradient functions, or type the Hex colour code. The Arctic Intelligence colours are used by default if you copied from Global.
Primary Colour is used for:
- Header and footer of platform pages
- Navigation bar
- Table sub-headers
- Page tabs (unselected tab)
Secondary Colour is used for:
- Menu items
- Table headers
- Table footers
Hyperlink Colour is used for:
- Navigation breadcrumbs

Help Menu & Links
Enter URLs for each item to appear in the Help Menu in the application. Items without URLs do not appear in the Help Menu. Arctic Intelligence links are used by default if you copied from Global.

Enter mailto HTML to enable users to submit feedback and support emails from the corresponding Help Menu items:

Enter HTML to provide the content to display in the Risk Assessment Platform page footer. This field can be blank to display no content in the footer. The Arctic Intelligence page footer is used by default if you copied from Global.
Applying a Company Logo to Reports
This feature is independent of the other Branding options and does not require Customisation to be enabled, or branding to be configured. The Report Logo function saves automatically when a logo is uploaded or deleted.
The purpose of this feature is to allow Company Admins to add their organisation's logo (or that of their clients) to the Report.
To upload a report logo, click on the Choose File button, locate the file and upload. Once the logo is visible inside the box it will appear on reports.
The report logo should have a white background and be a maximum of 160px wide and 38px high (or a larger size with a similar aspect ratio).
