Content Module Management

The purpose of this feature is to configure content modules that are available for purchase. A content module consists of one or more Risk Domains, Risk Models, Supporting Document Templates and Control Templates.

The main components on the header of this page are:

• Show Archived- view control templates that have been archived
• New Content Module- create a new content module

The main components in the table are:

• Content Module Name- name of the content module which must be unique
• Domain- domains that the control template is associated with
• Description- description of the content module 
• Price (USD)- price of the content module in USD
• Actions- actions that can be undertaken, including:
• View (magnifying glass) -  view a published content module
• Edit (pencil) - change the attributes of the content module. this will apply to existing and new companies who have purchased the content 
• Archive (white filing box) - archive content module so can no longer be purchased
• Unarchive (filled filing box) - unarchive control template so can be purchased

Creating a New Content Module

After clicking the New Content Module button the following screen appears

There are a number of sections and fields on this page:

• Name- provide the name of the content module (must be unique)
• Description- describe the content module
• Free trial- flag if this content will be available for a free trial licence
• License price- set a price in USD for the content
• Domains
  • Select one or more domains that will be available in the content module
• Risk Models
  • This is filtered to the models that belong to the selected domains
  • Select the risk model or risk models(s) that will be available in the content module
•  Supporting Document Templates
  • This is filtered to the templates that belong to the selected domains
  • Select the supporting document template or templates that will be available in the content module
•  Control Templates
  • This is filtered to the templates that belong to the selected domains
  • Select the full control library or one or more control templates that will be available in the content module

Once the selection has been made select the Create button and the content module will be available for purchase/use.
