About the Help Menu

The Help menu is accessed from the Help button at the upper right of the page.

It provides the following options:

• About
• Release Notes
• Getting Started
• Help Center
• Community
• Contact Us

About

Opens a popup window with these details:

Version	The version number of the Risk Assessment Platform software. This version number is updated each time there is a new release.
Data Region	Data region selected at company registration to store company data
Authentication Mode	The authentication mode used to log in to the platform, either "Forms" for email and password, or "SSO".
Session Timeout	The period of inactivity before the session is timed out.

Release Notes

The Release Notes track changes to the application, including the date, version number, and scope of those changes (e.g., bug fixes or enhancements).

Getting Started

The Getting Started guide details the key steps to configuring and using the Risk Assessment Platform. It is a sub-section within the Help Centre.

Help Centre

The Help Centre is the primary source of information about the Risk Assessment Platform.  It contains 4 main sections:

• Getting Started
• Key Features and Functionality
• Product News
• Frequently Asked Questions
