Account Management
Applies to: AML Accelerate
Overview
The Account Management function is designed to add, remove, edit, and deactivate users.
Access the Account Management page from the Settings menu (cog icon) at the top right of the AML Accelerate window.
There are one or two tabs on this page, depending on your license and permission level:
- Users (for company and enterprise admins)
- Sub-Companies (for enterprise admins)
Users
Applies to: Company Admin, Enterprise Admin
This page outlines the number of users that can be invited to join a company's license based on the number of slots purchased and lists those who have been invited but are not yet active, those who are active, and those who were active but have been deactivated to release a user slot.
You must be the Company Admin for the account to access the Account Management page.
To see all active and inactive users on the account, select the Active Users tab. All past and present users are listed. A user is active and able to log in when they have Active and User checked.
To deactivate a user, uncheck the Active checkbox and the User checkbox.
To re-activate a user, check the Active checkbox and the User checkbox.
To add users to the account, select the Invited Users tab, enter their email address in the Email field, and press the Email button at the right end of the row.
Notes:
- Users can only be added if user slots are available, as shown in the Invite User > Email field.
- The invited user will receive a welcome email with a link to activate their account and set a password. The activation link expires in 24 hours.
- If the link expires, delete the invitation from the Invited Users tab and re-invite them.
Sub-Companies
Applies to: Enterprise Admin
This page outlines the number of Subcompanies that can be invited to join the Enterprises’ License based on the number of subcompany slots purchased and lists of those who have been invited but are not yet active, those who are active and users active and deactivated within each subcompany.
You must be an Enterprise Admin to view the Subcompany tab.
To view all Subcompanies, select the Active Subcompanies tab. All subcompanies are listed here. You will be able to view number of Number of User accounts and Active Users per Subcompany.
To add Admins to activate a Subcompany, select the Invited Users tab, enter their email address in the Email field, and press the Email button at the right end of the row.
Notes:
- Subcompanies can only be added if Subcompany slots are available, as shown in the Invited Subcompany(ies) field.
- Subcompanies have a default of 2 users per subcompany – additional User Slots can be added depending on license.
- Total amount of User Slots can be distributed and shared amongst the Enterprises’ Subcompanies.
