1. Overview
On the right hand side of the menu there are a number of icons, including (?) which has a number of help options available.
2. Version Number
This indicates the version number of the AML Accelerate release.
3. Release Notes
Every time we update our platform we use this application to keep track of new features, improvements and bug fixes.

4. Book an Appointment
This is only visible to Adviser License Holders and is used for booking an appointment with an AML Accelerate Adviser.
With this license you are entitled to book up to 4, 45 minute appointments during the license period with an AML Accelerate Adviser that can help guide you to compliance via a Zoom video conference.
If you are a Standard License Holder and want to upgrade your account you can do this in Settings -> Account Management.
To book an appointment, click on the menu item and the following page will display:
In this page, under step 5 you will be automatically assigned an AMLA ID number. This can also be retrieved from the Account Profile icon, which is the person icon on the far right.
To book an appointment you will need to follow these steps.
4.1 Click book appointment button
In step 1, click the book appointment button which will take you to setmore appointments, the booking system that we have integrated with the AML Accelerate platform.
4.2 Accept our booking policy
Click the Okay button to accept the terms of the booking policy.
Please note that the Business Hours are for Singapore Standard Time, which is where the Advisory Team that supporting AML Accelerate is primarily based.

4.3 Choose Services
Next select the service for which you would like to book, noting that, the AML Accelerate Adviser service is broken down into the following four 45 minute slots but can be used as required:
- Kickoff meeting - this meeting is typically used to explain how AML Accelerate works and what information you need to get started
- 1st Checkpoint meeting - this meeting is typically held after one of the major sections of the AML Program has been completed (i.e. ML/TF Risk Assessment) to review the supplied information
- 2nd Checkpoint meeting - this meeting is typically held after another one of the major sections of the AML Program has been completed (i.e. AML Program and/or Customer Due Diligence Standards) to review the supplied information
- Wrap-up meeting - this meeting is typically held after all of the AML Program Manual documents have been completed and prior to the documents being published
4.4 Select the date and time
A calendar will appear with available date and time slots, which you can select based on your preference.
4.5 Complete your information
The next step is to register for a free setmore appointment account so you can receive notifications of upcoming appointments and can cancel / rebook appointments.
You will need to provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Comments (optional)
- Company Name
- Role/Title
- Country
- Industry
- AMLA ID (see step 5 in book an appointment page)
The AMLA ID number must be entered so that we can track the booking status. This can be copied from the book an appointment page by clicking on the AMLA ID button and then pasting this into the correct field.
Check the box against the following fields - cancellation policy and terms & conditions and click Continue.
4.6 Confirm your information
The meeting details will be summarised, please check these carefully and if correct please click the Book My Appointment button.
SMS reminders can be enabled or disabled.
Once the Book My Appointment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation of this appointment immediately on screen, along with the Booking ID, as well as via email.
Once the appointment has been booked, one of the AML Accelerate Adviser agents will be in touch to confirm the meeting ID details on the Zoom system.

4.7 Rescheduling your appointment
To reschedule your appointment, click on the reschedule button in the appointment confirmation email and follow the steps.
4.8 Cancelling your appointment
To cancel your appointment, click on the Cancel appointment button in the email confirmation which will take you to the following screen and once the Cancel this appointment button has been pressed will display a cancellation notice on screen and will send a confirmation of this via email.
Important:
Please consult the cancellation policy when deciding whether to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment.
5. Help Centre
AML Accelerate has implemented the Zendesk Guide system to provide self-service help to our clients.

6. Community
AML Accelerate has implemented the Zendesk Guide system to a community portal for our clients to share ideas, thoughts and advice on any topics.
