Question
I cannot log in to AML Accelerate. The login page has a message that my account is locked. What does that mean and how do I fix it?
Answer
Accounts become locked after more than 5 failed sign in attempts.
Your account will automatically unlock after 4 hours
If you cannot wait, contact your Company Administrator who can unlock your account.
Note: The Forgot Password function on the login page cannot be used to unlock your account.
