Question

• I have published the Program Manual (Risk Assessment, ML/TF Program/Policy, and CDD) and need to make changes. How do I edit the content after it is published?
• Can I make changes to a published program?
• Is it possible to make adjustments to a program after it’s published? How?
• Why can't I make changes to my program?

Answer

You can't modify the program manual once it's published.

However, you can create a new program by copying the existing one using the 'Prefill from' function and selecting the program you want to make changes to.

This will duplicate all the content from the original program into the new one, allowing you to make your adjustments where you can then publish the updated version.
