Version 2.0.4 - 15 May 2024

• Updated the Free Trial Registration process to now email the user to set a password.
• Passwords have been reset on all free trial accounts. Please use the Forgot Password function on the login page to set a new password.
• Improved the PDF reports to have fewer page breaks and keep chapters together.

• The new Event menu gives you access to Event Management tools and dashboards. Create, track, and manage breaches, operational incidents, or near-misses.
• Introducing a 14-day free trial for new users who self-register. Access the end-to-end process free. Trial restrictions and redactions become unlocked upon purchasing a full license.
• Added in-application tutorials to highlight key features and improve usability - more tutorials to come.
• The Risk Applicability table no longer appears in new programs or reports as it was causing more confusion than helping. 
• A new report engine for the PDF reports.
• Minor bug fixes and performance improvements.

• Inherent risk ratings are now available at the risk category level and the overall assessment level in the Review and Publish pages, and in the PDF reports. Available in programs created after the release. See the updated Risk Assessment Methodology.
• Added a Ratings CSV Export button to the Draft Reports dropdown. Available in programs created after the release.
• Added an Archive button to the Home/Audit History page to allow archiving of published programs.
• Added a URL field to the Control Test Results popup window as an alternative to file upload.
• The Country Risk now defaults to sorting by the Country column on-screen and in the report PDFs.
• The Enterprise level reports "ML/TF Risk Detail" and "ML/TF Risk Summary" now allow the inclusion of in-progress programs if their risk assessment pages are all completed.
• Added a CSV Export button to the Product Risk pages to extract product questions, tooltips, and answers.
• Items now allow the Start Date to be set to a date in the future.

• Updated terminology of the control ratings. "Poor" is now "Needs Improvement", and "Excellent" is now "Strong".
• Added the ability to import company controls from CSV. The Controls Management screen and the Add Controls popup of a Risk Assessment now have Export and Import buttons to support this new function.
• Increased the control description character limit from 500 to 1000, and added support for carriage returns.
• Updated the Control Effectiveness calculation algorithm to round to the nearest integer instead of always rounding down. For example, a control effectiveness score of 1.5 now results in a control rating of Adequate (2) instead of Needs Improvement (1).
• Added a “Key” Control flag to the Risk Assessment that enables key controls to be identified. Key controls have twice the weight of other controls in a risk factor.
• Optional fields added to the Additional Information section of Environmental Risk > Money Laundering > Higher Risk Business Operations. Use these fields to record details of third-party institutions you deal with.
• Copying a risk assessment created before 4 October 2019 now applies the group control rating to each control instead of only the first control.
• Bug fixes and other minor improvements.
