How do I contact support?
The easiest way to log a support ticket is within the application by clicking the Support button on the lower left of the platform. This popup has several key functions:
- Support - log a ticket directly to our agents
- Help Centre - explore the knowledge base and find answers to common questions
- Community - contribute to the development of our solutions by sending us feedback and enhancement requests
