• Can you add more than one approver for the risk factor or controls assessment?

Multiple approval stages can be helpful when a risk factor or control requires layered review, such as input from different departments or senior oversight.

Answer

To add extra approval stages to your risk analysis or control assessment, assign additional approvers in the Workflow page.

1. In your assessment unit, navigate to the Workflow page.
2. Select either Assign Risk Factors or Assign Controls.
3. Click the '+' icon next to Approver 1 to add additional approvers.

You can have a maximum of 3 approvers added and assigned to your risk factors or controls.

Note: Approvals follow a sequential order—Approver 1 must approve first, followed by Approver 2, then Approver 3.
