Question
- Is there a reason I keep landing on the Dashboard instead of the Risk Assessment History page?
- Why isn't the Risk Assessment History page opening when I log in? It keeps showing the Dashboard.
- Why does the system default to the Dashboard rather than opening the Risk Assessment History page?
This feature is designed to help users quickly access their pending tasks.
By default, the platform opens to the Dashboard when users log in for the first time. However, this can be toggled on or off based on preference. Users can switch between the Dashboard and the Risk Assessment History page anytime using the "TO-DO" dropdown at the top of the page.
Choosing Your Preferred Homepage
Dashboard View – Ideal for users who need a quick overview of outstanding risk and control questions. This view helps users track what needs attention and resume recent work without navigating through multiple pages.
Risk Assessment History Page – Recommended for users responsible for setting up, managing and tracking the progress of assessments. This view provides a broader perspective of all ongoing and past risk assessments, making it more suitable for administrative or oversight roles.
Answer
Dashboard Toggle Function Not Disabled
You may not have toggled the Dashboard "OFF" using the toggle function located at the upper right corner of your screen.
Solution
Look for the toggle option and switch it "OFF" to disable the Dashboard. This will allow you to land on the Risk Assessment History page upon logging in.
Saved URL Includes "/dashboard"
If you have bookmarked or saved your login link as "https://app.risk-platform.com/dashboard", the platform will always take you to the Dashboard upon login.
Solution
Try logging in with https://app.risk-platform.com without "/dashboard" and see if it directs you to your preferred homepage. If it does, update your saved bookmark accordingly to ensure you always land on the correct page.
