There are three core components to notification management
- Document Upload Notification Management
- Email Reminder Management
- Scheduled Report Management
Document Upload Notification Management
This feature has been designed to alert users when a document has been uploaded to the audit checklist.
Places where the Notification is used
On the audit check page in the header row there is an option to click here to select document upload notifications.
Once the 'click here' hyperlink is selected it will take you to a text box where you can nominate to receive an email each time a document is uploaded.
Email Reminder Management
The purpose of the email reminder management function is for the Company Administrator to establish a series of email alerts linked to items (i.e. actions, issues and risks) that are either falling due or overdue within or by a specified time period.
Simply type the email address in the respective line and an automated email will be generated based on that requirement.
Scheduled Report Management
The scheduled report management feature allows the Company Administrator to define the frequency in which periodic summary reports of all items which remain open are distributed via email, which is particularly useful for people that may not have a need to login to the system on a daily basis.
