• Should I refer to my customers' tax residence or where they live when answering if they're in the same country as my business?
• When answering 'whether all customers are in the same country as my business', should I include their tax residency or their physical residence?

Answer

Typically when answering this question you will only enter the resident tax country - however if you want to be specific and include more detail about your customer's location, you can add this below in the Additional Information section in the comment field.
