Question
- Can I declutter my home page?
- Is it possible to hide old programs I've previously made?
- Where can I find my archived programs?
- How can I archive old programs?
Answer
A common reason to archive a published program is to declutter your main page, keeping it organized by removing programs that aren't currently used or that have been published by mistake.
When you archive a program, it is hidden from your Home and Audit History pages. While it's no longer visible in your main workspace, the document remains preserved and accessible in the archive.
To Archive a program:
- Access the Home page or Audit History page.
- Click on the Archive Program button () under the Action column on the Program you wish to archive.
Note: The Archive button will only appear on programs that have been published.
To view all Archived programs:
- Access the Home page or Audit History page.
- Click on the Show Archived check box at the top of the menu.
The programs you have Archived will now appear below alongside your other programs.
Notes:
- Archiving a program means you can still find it in the 'Prefill' option when creating a new program.
- As archived programs are published programs, they cannot be deleted.
- Once a program has been archived it cannot be unarchived
