FAQ: How can I redistribute seats between subcompanies / entities?

Question

• How do I add more users to another entity?
• Can I redistribute user seats from one branch to a different branch?
• Is there a way to add extra users to a subcompany?

Answer

To manage users for your account, you must be the Enterprise Admin.

1. Access the Active Subcompany(ies) Page:

   • Click on the Settings menu (cog icon) at the top right of the AML Accelerate window.
   • Select Account Management from the dropdown menu.
     
     • Select the Subcompany(ies) panel.
     • Click on the Active subcompany(ies) tab.
2. Underneath the Users Accounts column you can adjust user seats across one subcompany to another using the '-' and '+' buttons.
   • Use the '-' button to remove unused seats from a subcompany, and the '+' button to add and redistribute those seats to another.

Notes:

• You can only redistribute user seats between subcompanies if there are unallocated seats available.
• To view the available seats available within your company, see the Information box at the top of the page next to 'unallocated users'.
